A Sefer Torah Fell out of the Aron Kodesh in the Pupa Beis Medrash in Brooklyn.
The Pupa Beis Din declared that all men who Were in shul when it occured should Fast Taanis B'hab at least 1/2 a day and should contribute money to Tzadaka as well.
Women do not fast.
The Rebbe Shlit"a, delivered a warm and passionate Drosha at Seuda Shlishis to highlight the tragedy of a Sefer Torah seen on the floor.
