A tumult broke out that has threatened the existence of Kol Yaakov of Monsey.

R' Moshe Raice, a hired Employee of Kol Yaakov has decided without any halachic support, that R' Shmuel Gluck, director of Areivim should assume the position of Rosh Yeshiva of Kol Yaakov.

R' Shmuel Gluck is the director of this special 'Kids at risk' program known as areivim. His credentials to be Rosh Yeshiva are at best questionable & against the wishes of many Roshei Yeshiva and a leading Rav in monsey.

This appointment has caused a reaction of astonishment in the monsey community.

We are yet to hear the outcome of this daring action taken by an employee.
